For this reason, it establishes, declares, communicates, and adopts the following principles: <\/p><ul><li>Quality is the degree of satisfaction or fulfilment of our customers\u2019 needs, both for the product and the service, all achieved at the lowest possible cost.<\/li><li>Quality means committing to the continuous improvement of our products and processes, as well as adapting to the evolving demands of our customers.<\/li><li>Quality must be planned and always ensured, always considering the economic aspect.<\/li><li>Quality management is a task and a responsibility of all our employees at every level of our company. Each employee is accountable for the quality of their work, as it can directly or indirectly influence the quality of the product or service.
