Their design is focused on optimizing the balance between forward voltage drop and reverse recovery time.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Dynamic Performance:<\/strong> The devices achieve hyperfast recovery times, with typical values of 50 ns and a reverse recovery charge reduced to 105 nC. This optimization of stored electrical charge minimizes losses during switching and power dissipation, allowing for much more efficient operation. <\/li><li><strong>SMPC HV Package: <\/strong>With dimensions of 4.3 mm x 6.5 mm and a 1.1 mm profile, it is compatible with the TO-277A board footprint.
