This is where <strong>flat loss ferrite materials<\/strong> come into play: their more stable thermal behavior helps maintain low and predictable magnetic losses over a wider temperature range, simplifying thermal design and improving overall system efficiency. <\/p><p>Discover the range of MnZn ferrites developed by Ferroxcube\u2014experts in magnetic materials\u2014with flat loss characteristics, tailored to different thermal scenarios. This range currently includes three materials: <strong>3C95<\/strong>, <strong>3C97<\/strong>, and the latest addition, <strong>3C97T<\/strong>. This makes it an excellent option for applications such as <strong>automotive systems<\/strong> in extreme climates, onboard electronics in aircraft, or outdoor systems that need to operate reliably during winter.  <\/p><p>However, at temperatures above <strong>100<\/strong><strong>\u202f\u00b0<\/strong><strong>C<\/strong>, the increase in losses becomes more pronounced, making it less suitable for high-temperature environments. This makes it ideal for <strong>under-the-hood applications<\/strong>, industrial power equipment, or converters operating under high thermal load conditions.  <\/p><p>Its weakness lies in performance at low temperatures. Its main advantage is offering <strong>the lowest losses in the range of 0<\/strong>\u202f<strong>\u00b0<\/strong><strong>C to 100<\/strong>\u202f<strong>\u00b0<\/strong><strong>C<\/strong>, with a moderate increase below 0\u202f\u00b0C and reliable performance up to <strong>140<\/strong>\u202f<strong>\u00b0<\/strong><strong>C<\/strong>. This gives it great versatility, as it allows maintaining high efficiency both in temperate climates and under moderately demanding conditions.  <\/p><p>Like 3C97, it has a <strong>high Bsat<\/strong>, making it a good choice for designs that require both efficiency and saturation margin. Its magnetic saturation level (<strong data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"310\">Bsat<\/strong>) is medium, and it is commonly used in <strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"384\">aerospace<\/strong> applications and <strong data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"404\">automotive<\/strong> in cold climates. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"672\"><span style=\"color: #da003e;\"><strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"431\">3C97<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"672\">It stands out for its good performance at <strong data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"491\">high temperatures<\/strong>, operating optimally between <strong data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"546\">100\u202f\u00b0C and 180\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong>.
