2. When do we collect your personal data?

• Through the “Contact” form: The RC Micro website platform includes a contact form so that the user can request information about our services and products, as well as submit complaints or claims.
• When completing the form to request information about a product: RC Micro provides a form to request information about one of our products.
• During subscription to the Newsletter: RC Micro may send commercial communications to users who have opted into the service.
• Contact through the “Work with Us” form: The RC Micro website platform has a “work with us” form where users can submit their application and CV.
• Contact via email or postal address: RC Micro provides the email address info@rcmicro.es and the postal address (Calle Francesc Moragas, 72 – nave 2 y 3, l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, 08907, Barcelona) to offer the user another means of contacting RC Micro.

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process personal data?

At RC Micro, we process personal data based on the purposes and legal bases outlined below:

• To assist, manage, and address any requests, comments, inquiries, complaints, or claims made by the user through any of the channels provided for such purposes.

Legal basis: When your data is processed to assist, manage, and address potential requests, comments, and/or inquiries, the processing is based on your consent, given when you submit your inquiry and/or request (Article 6.1.a) GDPR).

Legal basis: On the one hand, when you are not a user of our services, commercial communications will be sent based on your consent (Article 6.1.a) GDPR). On the other hand, when you are or have been a user of our services, we will send commercial communications based on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) GDPR).

• In case the user submits their application to work with us, their personal data will be processed to analyze the application and manage their potential incorporation into RC Micro’s workforce.

Legal basis: The processing of personal data for your application is based on the execution of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b) GDPR)

• To comply with our legal obligations, possible court rulings, and other decisions determined by the authorities. Including the communication of personal data to law enforcement agencies when we suspect or have indications of an action that may constitute an illegal act/criminal offense.

Legal basis: The processing of personal data for these purposes is based on the compliance with RC Micro’s legal obligations (Article 6.1.c) GDPR).

4. How long will we retain your personal data?

Personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this privacy policy, as well as to retain your personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly concerning legal prescription periods, and for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims, always remaining blocked. The criteria followed by RC Micro are determined by the purpose of the data collected and the fulfillment of that purpose (for example, in the case of consent, you may revoke it at any time) and the retention periods required by contractual and regulatory requirements.

Policy on children’s use: Our services are exclusively aimed at adults. In this regard, we do not deliberately collect information from minors.
