In industrial, measurement, vending or advanced home control applications, the display is much more than a visual component. It is the primary point of interaction between the user and the system. Powertip, a specialist in display solutions for embedded systems, has introduced its new model PH800480T040-ZAB. This 5-inch TFT-LCD display is a direct evolution of the PH800480T040-ZAA model, inheriting many of its core features while incorporating adjustments that enable even more versatile and robust integration.
With a WVGA resolution of 800 by 480 pixels, IPS technology, and a resistive touch panel RTP, this new model provides excellent visibility from any angle, stable color reproduction, and reliable touch response even in demanding environments such as production lines, self-service machines, or field measurement devices.

Additionally, the mechanical design of the ZAB model maintains compatibility with the ZAA model, allowing existing projects to be upgraded without redesigning enclosures, connectors, or system mounts.
