The RAIK045I MP is an off-axis rotary absolute inductive encoder featuring inductive technology and a 360° useful electrical angle. It is available with SPI or Sine/Cosine output and offers a resolution of up to 65,536 points (16 bits). The SPI version provides an accuracy of at least 10 bits (0.35°), with a typical value of 0.22°, along with a repeatability greater than 14 bits and zero hysteresis. The component operates on a 5 VDC ± 0.5 VDC power supply, consumes less than 12 mA, and reaches rotation speeds of up to 10,000 rpm. Among its standout features are its immunity to external magnetic fields, electric fields, and temperature variations, as well as its resistance to moisture, contamination, vibration, shock, and EMC disturbances.
